We’ve Crated Everything from Solar Panels to Truck Parts
Every industry ships differently. The components are different, the routes are different, the risk is different. A crate built for an automotive part looks nothing like one built for a solar panel or a piece of glass.
That’s exactly why we build every wood crate according to your customized needs, customized around your product, your industry, and where it’s going.
Automotive & Truck Components
Automotive parts are heavy, oddly shaped, and often have surface finishes that can’t be scratched. Our crates can be engineered with custom interior dunnage including polyethylene, urethane, or cross-link foam, and EPP dunnage to hold components securely in place and protect Class A surfaces through the full transit cycle.
Solar & Battery Systems
Solar panels and battery systems are fragile, large, and increasingly shipped internationally. We build crates that handle the size, protect the surface, and meet ISPM 15 / IPPC export compliance standards — so your panels aren’t held up at customs or damaged in transit.
Aerospace & Medical
In aerospace and medical, the cost of a damaged shipment isn’t just the product — it’s the delay, the rework, and the customer on the other end waiting. We’ve built crates for components where the tolerance for error is essentially zero. Custom design, precise dunnage, and certification-ready packaging from day one.
Glass & Electronics
Glass and electronics need packaging that absorbs shock and eliminates vibration, two things a poorly built crate can’t do. We engineer the interior to match the product’s specific fragility, using the right foam and dunnage combination, including anti-static (anti-stat) dunnage for sensitive electronics, to get it there in one piece.
Built for Your Industry. Designed Around Your Product.
Every crate we build uses wood material selected for your application — plywood, dimensional lumber, or OSB at 7/16″ to ¾” thickness. All crates are heat-treated and ISPM 15 compliant for domestic and international shipping. Our design team works directly from your specs, so nothing is guessed at.
If your industry isn’t listed above, reach out anyway. Odds are we’ve built something like it.
