Lamar Packaging Systems provides CNC router services with our state-of-the-art CNC routers.

Our computer aided routers can produce the high quality and consistent components that you and your customers demand. Whether you need a single prototype, or thousands of parts for production, our team of experts can help with your project.

With Lamar Packaging Systems’ 6’ x 12’ table, we can do large projects and our 24-inch vertical gantry allows us to do taller projects than the average router. A larger table lets us do large parts or we can nest smaller parts to cut quicker and save you time and money.

At Lamar Packaging Systems, we specialize in innovative packaging solutions for the Automotive, Recreation, Military, Medical, Solar and Aerospace industries. We have worked extensively with EPP foam to turn planks into trays and totes for class A surfaces. Our latest addition to our facility has allowed us to router 60” x 80” EPP planks. We also router hard plastics like HDPE and PVC that we use for dunnage for steel shipping racks in the packaging industry. We can use the same plastics for any project that you have for your industry.

We work with MDF, plywood, hardwoods and softwoods as well as aluminum and other soft metals. We can work with you to determine the best material and process for your needs and project. We are always up for a challenge.

Lamar Packaging Systems’ engineering team can help with your design. We have Solid Works and AutoCAD capabilities and we design from supplied math data. We can also design from a physical part if math data is not available. We’ll work together to ensure that your finished product comes out the way that you envision.
